• Proficiency in order management and tracking software.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in managing production processes.

Responsibilities

• Place production orders with factories and ensure accurate specs and timelines.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate progress with factories to address issues.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Oversee shipping documentation accuracy and compliance for smooth customs clearance.
• Maintain and update the factory payment register and process invoices.
