PR Polymers Pty Ltd in the Greater Brisbane Area is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, schedules, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with suppliers and customers to meet production targets and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead a team, manage maintenance plans, and drive ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 activities to sustain performance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day production operations, projects, people and processes.
• Maintain Quality and Environmental Management System ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015; drive continuous improvement.
• Schedule workloads to meet customer quality expectations and lead times.
• Monitor and maintain production KPI targets and performance.
• Ensure stock levels and resources align with production and delivery demands.
• Provide training to the team to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Manage employee performance reviews in line with manufacturing standards and safety requirements.
• Oversee maintenance and repair schedules including capital expenditure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing production processes, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations within the production environment, overseeing all production related projects, people, and process.
• Manage and maintain a Quality and Environmental Management System, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, enforcing a continuous improvement work culture.
• Schedule workloads to meet customer quality expectations and lead times.
• Monitor and maintain production KPI targets and performance.
• Ensure stock levels and resources are accurate and compatible to the level of production and customer delivery demands.
• Develop and provide adequate internal / external training to your team, increasing skill sets and knowledge required to work efficiently.
• Manage employee performance reviews in line with the Manufacturing Award, OH&S, as well daily WPH&S requirements.
• Manage maintenance and repair schedules, including capital expenditure for plant and equipment upgrades.
