Orange Precision Metalcraft, located in the Central West of New South Wales, seeks an experienced Production Manager for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead production flow, coordinate scheduling and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will analyse data, drive continuous improvement, manage staff development and recruitment input, and communicate management intent to shop floor staff.

Qualificações

• Strong organisational and influencing skills and ability to manage time competing deadlines.
• Demonstrate an ability to manage production schedules, set priorities, identify and address problems & stay within budgets.
• Focused on quality, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a challenging and changing work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in managing staff.
• Ability to work under pressureSound experience with computer skills.
• A good knowledge and understanding of WHS.
• High level of mechanical aptitude - trade/industry experience.

We are a force in manufacturing engineering, specialising in works such as special purpose machinery, fabrication, machining and breakdown servicing. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a full time, permanent position. You will need to be highly motivated, have excellent leadership and communication skills. We expect you to have sound knowledge in production procedures, with an ability to work within a team environment. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements, Company goals and profitability.
