CSR Hebel Somersby site seeks a hands-on Production Manager who builds high-performing teams and drives accountability on the factory floor. You will lead Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve safety, quality and cost targets in a large-scale manufacturing operation.

You will engage, coach and develop people, champion continuous improvement and ensure customer expectations are met while managing labour and materials efficiently.

At CSR's Hebel Somersby facility, we're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Production Manager who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving accountability, and delivering operational results.

Leading a large workforce of production employees through a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders, you'll play a critical part in creating a safe, productive, and accountable culture while ensuring operational targets are achieved.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead production operations at the Hebel Somersby site, ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective manufacture of quality products.

This role is suited to a resilient and hands-on leader who thrives on the factory floor, building high-performing teams, driving accountability, solving problems and delivering strong operational results through a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

• Experience driving cultural change and increasing accountability within operational teams.
• A background in continuous process manufacturing.
• A track record of delivering production, safety and operational KPI improvements.
• Solid Industrial Relations and employee relations experience.
• The resilience to navigate production challenges and lead through change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across operational and support functions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
