Job summary

CSR Limited is seeking Production Operators to join the Minto site on day or night shifts. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will work hands-on to keep production running safely and efficiently, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

You'll operate plant and equipment, remove panels from conveyors, pack assemblies, follow SOPs, monitor quality, perform basic troubleshooting, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Strong focus on safety and doing things the right way.
• Good attention to detail and quality standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets.
• Manually remove the panels from conveyors and pack them.
• Manually pick and pack corners assemblies.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects and document checks.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

We are currently looking for Production Operators to join the team on day or night shift, supporting key production and manufacturing activities across the site.

About the role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a team-based environment.

You'll be working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm or 10pm - 6am, offering consistency & work-life balance.
