Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily collision repair site performance. You will drive safety, quality and customer satisfaction while leading and developing a high-performing team in Australia’s largest collision repair network.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within the collision repair industry is essential.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop and motivate teams.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting are highly regarded.

As a key leader within the business, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance, leading and developing your team, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service are maintained.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous management experience within the collision repair industry (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• A demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly regarded)
