Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will assess vehicle damage, prepare detailed repair estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

You will use Audanet for estimating, verify parts availability and pricing, and communicate with insurance adjusters and customers about claims and repair timelines. Monday to Friday hours, no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years collision repair estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Audanet estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair procedures.
• I-CAR training certification preferred (not essential).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and software navigation.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes.

Responsibilities

This is a Full-time position with standard industry hours, Monday to Friday - No weekend work!
