M.A.P. WA in Bibra Lake, WA, is recruiting an experienced Line Leader for a full-time shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm. You will organise line set-ups and supervise a team of up to 15 people in our chilled meat production facility.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will assist with staff training and coordination, ensuring product quality and efficient operation while upholding our Equal Opportunity employment commitments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

M.A.P WA is currently recruiting for an experienced Line Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following duties which include but are not limited to:

Organising line set-up

Lead a team of up to 15 people

Assisting the Production Supervisor with training and staff coordination

Hours of Work:

5.30am to 3.30pm

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Can lead a team of up to 15 people

Previous experience leading a team is essential

Previous experience in food manufacturing, essential

The ability to understand and operatevarious equipment with confidence
