Job summary

Rhino-Rack in Sydney is seeking an Assembly Team Leader to supervise the assembly and warehousing crew, driving productivity and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will monitor labour efficiency, train staff, manage leave, and ensure quality and compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a team leader role supervising assembly and/or warehouse staff.
• Strong PC skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Identify skills gaps, train staff and assess competencies.
• Manage requests for leave and report on absenteeism.
• Monitor quality and report on any product non-conformance.
• Identify and contribute to continuous quality/improvement projects.

• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed.
• Support Environmental and Sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and encourage good housekeeping practices.

Job Purpose
