Quatro Design, based in Murwillumbah, is hiring a General Factory Hand to assist with assembly, packing, and quality control across a busy production floor. You will operate a counterbalance forklift and support safe, efficient production in a compact workshop.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with general factory duties such as assembly, packing, and quality control to meet production standards.
• Must be physically fit to complete product batching and mixing procedures
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company policies.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including the forklift, to ensure operational safety.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues.

Job Description:

As a General Factory Hand at Quatro Design, you will be a vital part of our production team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of factory tasks, including, production mixing, assembly, packing, and quality control, operation of a counterbalance forklift, to ensure smooth and safe production processes. We have both casual and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general factory duties such as assembly, packing, and quality control to meet production standards.

Must be physically fit to complete product batching and mixing procedures
