Eazy Gleam is a proudly Australian, family-owned manufacturer of premium automotive, marine and commercial cleaning chemicals. We are based in Coopers Plains and are seeking a reliable Factory Hand / Production Operator for a casual role with 2–5 days per week.

Join a small, supportive team where you will assist with manufacture and packaging, learn on the job, and have the opportunity to grow within the business. Flexible weekday work and weekend stability are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager with daily operations schedule.
• Picking and dispensing product.
• Conversion of bulk product into packaged product.
• Following approved method of manufacturing.
• Liaise with factory administrators on product availability and stock adjustments.
• Identify production and workflow bottlenecks.
• Address customer complaints with the team.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks as directed.
• Document daily operations.

Eazy Gleam is a proudly Australian, family-owned manufacturer of premium automotive, marine and commercial cleaning chemicals. For almost 40 years, we've built a reputation for producing quality products and delivering exceptional service to customers across Australia.

We're a small, close-knit team based in Coopers Plains, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Factory Hand / Production Operator to join us.

This is a casual role offering 2–5 days per week, depending on production demand. If you're looking for flexible weekday work in a supportive environment where you'll be trained, valued and given the opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on position where no two days are exactly the same. You'll work alongside our experienced production team, assisting with the manufacture and packaging of our products. While your primary focus will be production, we're a small team, so there may be occasions where you'll assist other departments during busy periods or staff leave.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist Warehouse Manager with the daily execution of operations schedule

• Picking and dispensing product

• Conversion of bulk product into packaged product

• Following approved method of manufacturing

• Liaise with the factory administrators on product availability

• Liaise with factory administrators regarding stock adjustments and product transfer

• Identifying production and workflow bottlenecks

• Working with Warehouse Manager to address customer complaints

• General house keeping and other tasks set by the Supervisor

• Documenting daily operations

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude more than the perfect resume.

You will be:

• Reliable and punctual

• Physically fit and capable of safely performing manual handling tasks in a physically active role, including lifting and moving products weighing up to 20 kg.

• A team player who can also work independently

• Safety conscious with good attention to detail

• Willing to learn new skills

• Motivated and able to follow procedures accurately

• Someone who takes pride in producing quality work

Desirable (but not essential)

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing

• Experience operating production equipment or filling machinery

• A stable employment history
