Job summary

Quatro Design in Murwillumbah is seeking a General Factory Hand to join our production team. You will perform a range of factory tasks including mixing, assembly, packing, and quality control, with responsibility for forklift operation where required.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to perform production batching and lifting tasks.
• Experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Good communication and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general factory duties such as assembly, packing, and quality control.
• Capable of product batching and mixing procedures.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles with attention to accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including the forklift.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
