Responsibilities

• Pack bakery products to order with accuracy and quality.
• Prepare orders for dispatch with carton labelling and delivery organisation.
• Complete local delivery runs when required using a company vehicle.
• Load and unload delivery orders safely and efficiently.
• Print labels, check orders, enter delivery information and assist with dispatch paperwork.
• Assist with general production, warehouse and stock-handling duties.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe packing and work area.
• Work closely with the production and dispatch team to ensure orders leave on time.

Wholesale Bakery Packer/Driver — Noosaville

Employment Type: Casual / Part-time

Hours: 5 days per week, with some Saturday work required (advance notice provided)

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Packer/Driver to join our busy wholesale bakery production facility in Noosaville.

This is a practical, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accurate packing and presentation, is confident driving locally, and has good computer skills for basic dispatch and administrative tasks. Computer skills are a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Packing bakery products to order, ensuring accuracy, quality, and correct quantities
• Preparing orders for dispatch, including carton labelling and organising deliveries
• Completing local delivery runs when required, using a company vehicle
• Loading and unloading delivery orders safely and efficiently
• Must have basic computer systems to print labels, check orders, enter delivery information, and assist with dispatch paperwork
• Assisting with general production, warehouse, and stock-handling duties as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe packing and work area
• Working closely with the production and dispatch team to ensure orders leave on time

What We’re Looking For

• A current Australian driver’s licence and a safe, reliable driving record
• Comfortable driving a delivery vehicle and completing local delivery runs
• Good basic computer skills, including confidence using email, order systems, spreadsheets, printers, and labelling equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when packing and checking orders
• Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, loading, unloading, and standing for extended periods
• Able to communicate well and work positively as part of a team
• Previous experience in packing, warehousing, factory work, dispatch, food production, or delivery driving is an advantage, but training will be provided
