Job summary

Etymon Projects Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a reliable Casual Packer to join our bakery logistics team. You will prepare and pack freshly prepared bakery items from the kitchen into daily orders, ensuring accuracy and timely ready-for-collection packaging.

Working with bakery and logistics teams, you will operate from 3:00am shifts, keep packing areas clean and organised, and support daily dispatch deadlines.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with ability to start at 3:00am.
• Experience in bakery/production/logistics is advantageous but not required.
• Casual role with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, organise and pack bakery products into daily orders.
• Prepare completed orders for collection by delivery drivers.
• Pack bakery items into bags and packaging ready for retail sale.
• Check orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Assist with organising and preparing orders for upcoming days.

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Casual Packer to join our bakery logistics team.

Working closely with our bakery and logistics teams, you will be responsible for organising freshly prepared products from the kitchen into customer and venue orders, ensuring they are packed accurately and ready for collection by our delivery drivers.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work at 3:00am
• Works efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Is organised and comfortable working to daily deadlines
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team

Previous experience in a bakery, food production, warehouse, packing or logistics environment would be beneficial, but is not essential for the right person.

This is a casual position with an immediate start available.
