Job summary

Alpha Packaging (Gold Coast) Nerang is seeking an experienced picker/packer to join our busy warehouse. You will handle picking and packing orders, loading vans and participating in local deliveries.

This hands-on role requires a clean Australian driver\'s licence, the ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy, and pride in keeping a tidy, safe workspace. Walkie stacker experience is preferred and forklift LF is a bonus; training can be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous picker/packer or warehouse experience.
• Confidence operating a walkie stacker (training provided if needed).
• Current, clean Australian driver\'s licence - you\'ll be driving our delivery van.
• Ability to keep pace in a busy environment without cutting corners on accuracy.
• Pride in keeping your workspace tidy and organised.
• Good communication and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Ability to lift up-to 20kg. Heavier items are team-lifted or moved with equipment.
• Stock take experience (highly regarded).
• Forklift licence (LF) is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time.

• Receiving and unloading pallets from incoming trucks using a walkie stacker.
• Putting away stock and keeping bins, boxes and racking clearly labelled and organised.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe warehouse.

• Assisting with stock takes and general inventory control.
• General warehouse duties as needed.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced picker packer to join our warehouse team in Nerang. This is a hands-on role - you'll be picking and packing customer orders, unloading pallets off trucks, keeping the warehouse in order, and jumping in the van for local deliveries when we need you to.

What you'll be doing

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time

Loading vans with customer orders ready for dispatch
