Job summary

Etymon Projects is seeking a reliable Casual Packer to join its bakery logistics team. You will organise freshly prepared products from the kitchen into customer and venue orders, packing accurately and ready for collection by our delivery drivers.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual and organised, with strong attention to detail, capable of meeting daily deadlines and able to work independently within a small, supportive team, with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, organise and pack bakery products into daily orders.
• Prepare completed orders for collection by delivery drivers.

• Check orders for accuracy and presentation.
• Assist with organising and preparing orders for upcoming days.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient packing area.
• Work collaboratively with bakery and logistics team to meet daily dispatch deadlines.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and punctual, with the ability to start work at 3:00am
• Works efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Is organised and comfortable working to daily deadlines
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team

Previous experience in a bakery, food production, warehouse, packing or logistics environment would be beneficial, but is not essential for the right person.

This is a casual position with an immediate start available.
