Job summary

Bespoke Careers in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day workflow across production, sales, warehouse and installation for premium curtains and blinds.

You will check orders, interpret measurements, coordinate with multiple teams, and keep jobs moving efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production coordination, scheduling, factory administration, or a similar role.
• Experience within curtains, blinds, window furnishings, textiles or custom-made products is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret work orders, measurements and specifications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Confident using systems, spreadsheets and email with practical problem-solving abilities.

Job description

Join an established and growing business specialising in premium curtains, blinds, tracks and custom window furnishing solutions. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys working across production, customer service, warehouse and installation teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day production workflow for custom curtains, blinds, tracks and associated products.

• Check orders, measurements, specifications, fabrics, hardware, controls and installation requirements before release to production.

• Monitor job progress, identify delays or issues and ensure priorities and deadlines are communicated clearly.

• Liaise closely with sales, customer service, purchasing, warehouse, factory and installation teams.

• Coordinate completed orders through quality checking, packing and dispatch to ensure they are ready for delivery or installation.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in production coordination, scheduling, factory administration, manufacturing or a similar role.

• Experience within curtains, blinds, window furnishings, textiles, soft furnishings or custom-made products will be highly regarded.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret work orders, measurements, drawings and product specifications.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and competing deadlines.

• Confident using systems, spreadsheets and email, with strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
