Elements Recruitment is helping a large retail group by recruiting a Sign Production Manager to run an internal print room in Erskine Park. You’ll operate wide-format printers, cutters and laminators, prepare artwork in Photoshop, and manage signage inventory.

This full-time, on-site role offers stable hours and the opportunity to own production workflows across multiple sites. Join a friendly, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-format printing or sign production.
• Light Photoshop skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently in a noisy production room.
• Reliable and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program large-format printers, cutters and laminators.
• Produce corflute, vinyl, banners, POS materials and vehicle decals.
• Prepare artwork files using Adobe Photoshop (light edits).
• Sort and organise returned marketing materials.
• Manage signage stock, inks and substrates.
• Keep the production room clean, safe and running smoothly.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on daily priorities.
• Occasionally supervise casual staff during busy periods.

Sign Production Manager (Large Format Printing)

Full Time – On site - Erskine Park $90,000–$100,000 + super

Are you someone who loves hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys running large‑format printing machinery? This role is perfect for someone from the print or signage industry who likes being part of a friendly team but is also happy working independently in a clean, machinery‑based environment.

We’re looking for a Sign Production Manager to run an internal print room for a large, well‑known retail group. You’ll operate wide‑format printers, cutters and laminators, prepare artwork using Adobe Photoshop, manage signage inventory, and help bring retail campaigns to life across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing

• Operating and programming large‑format printers, cutters and laminators
• Producing corflute, vinyl, banners, POS materials and vehicle decals
• Preparing artwork files using Adobe Photoshop (light edits only)
• Sorting and organising returned marketing materials
• Managing signage stock, inks and substrates
• Keeping the production room clean, safe and running smoothly
• Working closely with the Marketing team on daily priorities
• Occasionally supervising casual staff during busy periods
