Job summary

CS&G Signs Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled signage installer to join our growing team at our Thomastown facility. You will install diverse signage, read plans, and ensure safe, high-quality finishes on each project.

Role requires on-site work across VIC with occasional travel, a valid driver’s licence, and a willingness to work flexible hours. OHS/SWMS adherence and professional customer interaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the signage installation industry.
• Australian residency and rights to work.
• Full car driving licence is required.
• EWP licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, illuminated channel letters, pylons, banners, and wayfinding signage.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements when required.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation issues and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment on job sites.

CS&G Signs is a well-established signage and print business with blue chip clients, that has been in operation for over 35 years. We recently moved into our new purpose-built facility in Thomastown which has state of the art facilities and machinery. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a talented individual to join our friendly team as we expand into a new era for the company.

What you’ll be doing

• Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional lettering, illuminated channel letters, pylons, banners, and wayfinding signage.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Conduct site surveys and take accurate measurements when required.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation issues and communicate effectively with project managers.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment on job sites.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience with Signage Installs.
• Ensure all installations are completed accurately, securely, and to a high standard.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Follow all OHS requirements, SWMS, and company safety procedures.
• Represent CS&G Signs professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.
• Travel interstate or rural VIC as required for project installations.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
• Full car driving licence is required.
