Job summary

Lovisa Holdings Limited is seeking a Production Coordinator in Melbourne Support Centre to manage end-to-end production coordination, from raising purchase orders with suppliers to warehouse delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time performance.

You’ll coordinate production and quality processes, keep supplier information up to date in Futura, review data for accuracy, and monitor supplier performance to meet DIFOT targets.

• Monitor bulk production and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery
• Complete retail price checks across all territories
• Check packing scans and follow up on missing/incorrect data
• Review reports and work with suppliers to resolve issues
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high accuracy
• Manage invoices and supplier non-compliance reporting

Your Lovisa Opportunity: Are you highly organised, detail-driven and love keeping things moving?

Lovisa is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne Support Centre. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure our products, pricing, purchase orders and production information are accurate, on time and meeting our high standards.

You’re the person who helps make sure what we order from our suppliers is produced correctly, priced correctly and delivered on time.

You’ll be someone who loves a spreadsheet, enjoys solving problems and isn’t afraid to chase things up when a deadline is approaching!

About the role:

Manage end-to-end production coordination, from raising purchase orders with suppliers through to warehouse delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time performance in line with KPIs and DIFOT targets

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and maintaining key production and quality processes, including:

• Keep production and supplier information up to date in Futura.

• Review and check information to make sure it is accurate.

• Manage Purchase Order confirmations and follow up with suppliers when needed.

• Monitor bulk production and supplier performance, escalating risks or delays promptly to ensure on-time delivery.

• Complete retail price checks across all territories.

• Check packing scans and follow up on any missing or incorrect information.

• Review reports and work with suppliers to resolve any issues.

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Manage invoice, supplier non-compliance reporting, and timely resolution of store enquiries with a customer-focused approach.
