Lovisa Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer (Marketing & Packaging) to join our Melbourne-based Marketing & Creative team. This hands-on role brings Lovisa’s campaigns to life across signage, POS, packaging, and digital assets.

You’ll lead design from brief to final artwork, collaborating with Marketing, Creative, Buying, and external suppliers to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience in retail/branding.
• Strong experience with signage, POS, packaging and in-store collateral.
• Excellent knowledge of print production and prepress processes.

Job description

About the role We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer (Marketing & Packaging) to join our fast-paced Marketing & Creative team at our Melbourne Support Centre.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring Lovisa’s global retail campaigns and creative vision to life across retail signage, POS, packaging, product carding, promotional collateral, windows and digital retail assets.

You’ll take projects from the initial brief through to final approved artwork and production, working closely with Marketing, Creative, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, international teams and external suppliers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and adapting creative for global retail campaigns, promotions, launches and seasonal activity.

• Creating retail signage and POS, including window posters, decals, entry signage, wall bays, gondolas, counter signage and in-store communications.

• Designing and developing packaging, product carding, labels and gift packaging.

• Preparing accurate, print-ready and production-ready artwork.

• Working confidently with packaging dielines, specifications, sampling, proofs and production requirements.

• Managing artwork revisions, approvals and supplier requirements from brief through to final production.

• Adapting artwork for different markets, formats and regional requirements, including pricing, dates, promotions and translations.

• Working directly with print, packaging and production suppliers to ensure artwork is delivered accurately and on time.

• Ensuring all creative output remains consistent with Lovisa’s brand guidelines.

About you:

We’re looking for a highly experienced retail graphic designer who understands both the creative and production sides of graphic design.

You will have:

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Strong experience within a retail, fashion, beauty or consumer brand environment.

• Previous in-house experience within a retail or fashion brand is highly desirable.

• Strong experience across retail signage, POS, promotional artwork, campaign collateral and in-store creative.

• Essential packaging design and artwork production experience, including layouts, dielines, specifications and production-ready files.

• Strong knowledge of print production and prepress.

• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. .

• The ability to work autonomously, take ownership and hit the ground running.
