A global fashion retailer is looking for a Merchandise Allocator to support their growing Merchandise department. The successful candidate will manage stock allocations, control inventory for stores worldwide, and assist in administrative tasks. Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to the Merchandise department with stock and administrative processes.
• Maintain high standards of administration and assist with daily tasks.
• Control stock entering the company and manage stock transfers between stores.
• Allocate stock correctly according to planogram changes.
• Operate the Futura system for maintaining stock levels.
• Analyze stock-to-sales ratios and communicate findings.
• Be flexible with working hours beyond the usual schedule.

Your Opportunity as a Merchandise Allocator:

Provide professional support to the Merchandise department, ensuring all stock and administrative processes are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.

• Maintain high standards of administration and support services, assisting with daily tasks such as emailing, filing, and other departmental duties.
• Accurately control stock entering the company for all stores globally and manage all stock transfers between stores globally.
• Ensure stock is allocated correctly and in line with weekly planogram changes, maintaining accurate store stock figures and levels.
• Operate the Futura system to maintain min/max levels and optimise allocations for core and new lines.
• Manage weekly floorplan layout changes for all stores globally.
• Analyse stock-to-sales ratios, report findings, and communicate with the operations team regarding stock queries.
• Undertake other duties and special projects within skill and competency level as required.
• Be flexible with working hours beyond core 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday, as needed.
