Job summary

Seal & Design is a world-class manufacturer of die cut gaskets, seals, and molded rubber products. The Production Associate will fabricate orders per specs, learn process flow, and work to meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include safe machinery operation, first-piece and in-process inspections, and cross-training across departments to ensure timely production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic measurement tool use required.
• Mechanical/manufacturing background is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Production Associate - Fabricates orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

Learn process flow and manufacturing concepts in a live production environment.

Role Functions:

Operates machinery safely according to company policies

Performs first-piece inspection and in-process inspection

Cross trains and assists in other departments as required to meet production needs/deadlines

Shift: 6:00a - 2:30p

Pay: $22 -$26

Ability to use measurement toolsaccurately
