Job summary

Workhorse Staffing is seeking reliable Production Workers to join a growing sheetmetal manufacturer in Australia. You will manufacture and assemble components, use hand and power tools, measure and prepare materials, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

This full-time role offers stable hours, overtime opportunities, on-the-job training, and a supportive team environment to help you develop manufacturing and trade skills over the long term.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, labouring or assembly experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
