Job summary

Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd is seeking a Product Specialist to promote and support adoption of cutting-edge medical technologies across theatres and hospitals in Australia.

You will drive territory sales, deliver product demos, and collaborate with surgeons, theatre staff and internal teams. The role requires regular travel, strong relationship-building, and a proactive approach to opportunity identification and account development.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role.
• Theatre experience is essential.
• Confidence building close, trusted customer relationships.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre.
• Strong territory planning and time management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
• Tenacious, collaborative and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and key stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support and in-service education.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and call plans.
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Sales Manager and internal teams.
• Attend theatres, customer meetings and industry events.

The role
