Johnson & Johnson in Brisbane seeks a Product Specialist for Joint Reconstruction to drive sales of Hip & Knee replacement solutions, including VELYS robotic/digital technology. You will build relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons and support theatre staff across Brisbane Metro.

The role requires hospital sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to travel frequently. Based in Brisbane, with ongoing education and product launches supported.

• Degree qualified with hospital sales experience in orthopaedics.

Responsibilities

• Developing effective relationships and consulting with Orthopaedic Surgeons.
• Promoting and driving the sale of our products, and achieving revenue targets across the portfolio.
• Identifying customer needs to deliver tailored solutions, generating leads and capitalising on market opportunities, and presenting product information to optimally support customers.
• Providing clinical support during surgical cases, delivering education and in-service training to Surgeons, Registrars, and Theatre staff, and supporting new product launches.
• Maintaining market and competitor analysis, providing regular feedback, and collaborating effectively within a team environment to deliver premier service and support to both customers and patients.

The Opportunity

A permanent full-time opportunity has become available for a Product Specialist within our Joint Reconstruction Team in QLD. Based in Brisbane, you will focus on selling and supporting our Hip & Knee joint replacement solutions including VELYS™, our innovative robotic and digital technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Company Transition
