Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics leadership opportunity in Melbourne combines clinical expertise with team leadership to support the Joint Reconstruction Clinical Team in VIC. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' clinical expertise in Joint Reconstruction, including Primary and Revision Hip & Knee procedures, and proficiency in VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution will be highly regarded.
• Proven ability to provide advanced clinical support for complex orthopaedic cases while driving best-practice outcomes.
• Strong people leadership capability, with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing clinical teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted partnerships with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Skilled at coordinating clinical resources and collaborating with commercial leaders to deliver operational excellence, customer support, and business objectives.
