Job summary

Logicalis Australia is seeking a commercially minded Product & Portfolio Manager to lead the lifecycle, governance, roadmap and commercial performance of our products and services in Australia. You will translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives, working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Alliances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Service Management or related discipline.
• Experience across multiple technology domains and complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing business cases and evaluating commercial opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with pricing, profitability and margin management understanding.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in technology services or managed services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining product and portfolio management disciplines and governance across Logicalis Australia.
• Managing lifecycle of products and services from introduction to retirement.
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned to customer demand and business objectives.
• Facilitating governance activities and performance reporting.
• Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities for new offerings.
• Supporting pricing, margin and profitability reviews to ensure viability.
• Defining product packaging and go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing.
• Building relationships across Sales, Delivery, Finance and Marketing to drive alignment.
• Consolidating customer, market and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales with product enablement and launch readiness.
