Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Product Performance Manager to lead analytics for the retail deposit portfolio. You will drive performance, pricing strategy and portfolio insights, collaborating with Product, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Data teams to shape growth and profitability.

You will develop reporting, dashboards and financial models to explain portfolio performance and customer behaviour, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product, portfolio, pricing or commercial analytics.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of deposit portfolio and pricing analytics, including data extraction, transformation, visualization, interpretation and communication of findings.
• Develop dashboards and financial models to explain portfolio performance, customer behaviour and key drivers.
• Identify opportunities to optimise deposit growth, retention, mix and margins with stakeholders.
• Deliver pricing analysis, scenario modelling and market monitoring to inform pricing decisions.
• Support governance and pricing implementation with robust analysis and post‑implementation monitoring.
• Continuously improve reporting, automation and data processes.
