Job summary

Flourish Australia is seeking a Product Owner, Digital Platforms to join our Support Hub at Sydney Olympic Park. You will lead the vision, roadmap and ongoing improvement of our digital platforms, ensuring they are practical, user-friendly and deliver meaningful value across the organisation.

Working with stakeholders, you will translate needs into clear priorities and effective digital solutions that improve staff experience, service delivery and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Owner or digital delivery leadership.
• Experience governing external development partners and MSPs under SLAs and SOWs.
• Proven ability to maintain synchronized roadmaps across enterprise platforms and data environments.
• Hands-on experience capturing reporting requirements and delivering dashboards (Power BI or Microsoft Fabric).
• Experience integrating CRM, scheduling, and ERP/Finance/Payroll systems.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of Flourish Australia's digital platforms.
• Oversee UAT, track delivery against SOWs and SLAs, and manage vendor performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Partner with Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Lead to ensure platform reliability and compliant services.
