Job summary

Telstra in Sydney is seeking a Product Owner to support the ongoing delivery, enhancement and optimisation of our media products and service platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Service Delivery, Sales and Product teams, you'll translate customer and business needs into prioritised delivery outcomes that improve product functionality, customer experience and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business and customer needs.
• Translate customer, operational and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Delivery teams to support successful feature delivery and remove blockers.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery reviews and acceptance testing activities.
• Drive product enhancements, service improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Gather and assess customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve usability, reliability and service outcomes.
• Maintain product roadmaps, release documentation and operational readiness artefacts.
• Support product launches, enhancements and service changes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to ongoing product lifecycle management to ensure services remain fit-for-purpose and operationally effective.
