Job summary

WorkCover Queensland is seeking an experienced technology leader to guide the Digital Experience Applications platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align platform strategy with business goals and ensure reliable, secure operations.

The role requires strong technical credibility, stakeholder engagement and a track record of delivering customer-focused outcomes in Agile/DevOps environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology platform delivery at scale.
• Coaching and leading high-performing technical teams.
• Ability to work across technology and business teams in Agile/DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap, backlog and lifecycle end-to-end.
• Drive major platform initiatives and business transformation outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver value.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, performance and scalability.
• Manage costs, vendor relationships and governance obligations.
