UniSuper Advice is seeking a Product Owner for Advice Systems to advance our adviser-support platforms and enhance member outcomes. You will drive end-to-end delivery across defined advice system capabilities while collaborating with business and technology teams.

You’ll operate in a regulated environment, contribute to roadmaps, optimise adoption, and ensure releases are well-governed and thoroughly tested to meet policy requirements.

Qualifications

• You bring experience working with enterprise systems across both BAU and change environments.
• You have a strong understanding of advice processes and their regulatory context.
• You can manage backlogs, priorities and stakeholder expectations with transparency and discipline.
• You bring strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• You have experience working in regulated or risk-aware environments and collaborating across business and technology teams.
• Hold relevant qualifications in business, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end outcomes for defined advice system applications, from problem definition through delivery, adoption and ongoing optimisation.
• Contribute to advice systems roadmaps and improve efficiency, adviser experience, risk management and member outcomes.
• Analyse and solve competing priorities across business-as-usual activity, regulatory change, risk remediation and system enhancements.
• Deliver small-to-medium initiatives in collaboration with business, technology teams and external vendors.
• Support governed, tested and embedded system change, including release planning, deployment coordination and post-implementation reviews.
• Improve system performance, adoption and value through metrics, training, process improvement, AI, automation and data insights.
