AustralianSuper is seeking a Manager, Advice Efficiency & Enablement for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. Reporting to the Principal, Comprehensive Advice, the role leads a team of advisers and supports efficient, compliant advice processes across the fund.

You will apply deep knowledge of advice operations, coach a mixed skills team, and drive continuous improvement in advice implementation and reporting.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of advice operations, processes & technology.
• Proven experience in managing advice operations and driving efficiencies in large advice functions.
• Deep understanding of the needs of financial advisers and supporting functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people across all organisational levels.
• Ability to develop, coach and motivate a team with mixed skills, experience and ability.

• Drive efficient and compliant advice processes within the Comprehensive Advice channel.
• Lead and support continuous improvement through the Advice Enablement function.
• Lead and drive efficiencies within the Advice Implementation function.
• Lead the Advice Coaching function.
• Report on performance of the Comprehensive Advice channel and support related reporting obligations.
• Manage agreements with external suppliers and partners supporting advice delivery.
