UniSuper is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Advice Systems to deliver specialised outcomes across defined advice system capabilities. The role supports day-to-day optimisation, contributes to roadmaps and ensures systems are reliable, compliant and efficient for advisers and members.

You will deliver end-to-end outcomes, prioritise initiatives across BAU and regulatory changes, and collaborate with business, technology teams and external vendors to improve performance and member

Qualifications

• BAU and change environments experience.
• Understanding of advice processes and regulatory context.
• Ability to manage backlogs, priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated or risk-aware environments and collaborating across teams.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end outcomes for defined advice system applications from problem definition through delivery and adoption.
• Contribute to advice systems roadmaps and improve adviser experience, risk management and member outcomes.
• Analyse and prioritise across BAU, regulatory change, risk remediation and system enhancements.
• Deliver small-to-medium initiatives in collaboration with business, technology teams and external vendors.
• Support governed, tested and embedded system change including release planning and deployment coordination.
• Improve system performance, adoption and value through metrics, training and data insights.
