Colonial First State in Sydney is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead AI-enabled adviser experiences across the FirstChoice platform, shaping how advisers interact with digital tools and agent AI. You will partner with UX, product, and technology teams to map adviser workflows, prioritise by business value, and test AI use cases with advisers.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Product Owner for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of adviser workflows in financial services.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled features with attention to accuracy and responsible AI.
• Strong prioritisation and backlog management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer and commercial judgement.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering teams.
• Experience in discovery, experimentation and delivery.
• Qualifications in finance or wealth management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own the adviser experience backlog across the adviser platform and AI initiatives.
• Map adviser and practice workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Partner with Technology, Operations and Product teams on AI use cases.
• Plan and lead discovery and testing with advisers and staff.
• Define success measures using data and adviser feedback.
• Identify where AI can remove adviser effort.
• Connect AI capabilities with adviser platform experience.
• Communicate progress, risks and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Assess external trends to inform the roadmap.
