Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team, responsible for executing the store product strategy, inventory management, and back of house operations. They are responsible for leading inventory shifts, overseeing all back of house (BOH) product operations, and ensuring both the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or store operations.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or coordinating others.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country and able to travel to the assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions and omnichannel programs.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive shift atmosphere.
• Move dynamically from floor to back-of-house to support operations.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Review daily data to inform actions and recommendations to leadership.
• Bring product stories to life on the floor to enhance guest experience.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and collaborative culture.
• Lead floor-based education to ensure guests receive product knowledge.
