Job summary

Asset Personnel is seeking an organised and proactive Product & Marketing Coordinator to support both product and marketing teams within a well-established mattress manufacturing company. The role involves coordinating projects, market research, content and events, while liaising with internal teams, suppliers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coordination, administration, marketing or project support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
• Experience with marketing content, events or supplier coordination is highly regarded.
• Involved across product development, marketing, research, events and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day project and administrative support
• Coordinate product and marketing projects, tasks and deadlines
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Coordinate photography, digital assets and marketing collateral
• Assist with trade shows, product launches and customer events
• Manage and track Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders
• Assist with product documentation, data, budgets and invoicing
