Job summary

Dechra is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple channels. You will coordinate content, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

You will work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences, and contribute to business objectives. This role offers a collaborative environment and exposure to digital, print and events-driven activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications or campaign coordination, or relevant transferable experience.
• Strong written communication skills and an excellent eye for detail.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working with digital channels, including websites, email and social media.
• A creative approach and an interest in producing engaging, audience-focused content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• A willingness to learn new systems, tools and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from planning through to delivery.
• Support the creation and distribution of content across digital, print and social media channels.
• Help maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate deadlines, approvals and resources.
• Update website content and assist with email marketing and social media activity.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to produce marketing materials and communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile results and share insights to inform future activity.
• Assist with events, promotional activity and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, assets and contact lists.
