Job summary

Q-CTRL is seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager based in Sydney, Australia to lead product marketing initiatives, growth campaigns and GTM activities that drive market adoption of AI-powered quantum software and sensing solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Design to develop compelling narratives, assets, and campaigns that simplify complex quantum technologies for customers and accelerate growth across B2B and B2C segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in product marketing or technology marketing.
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Marketing campaigns; SEO, CRM, analytics.
• Background in deep tech/HPC or related high tech software; B2B and B2C exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Marketing efforts; align roadmaps with Sales and Product teams.
• Tell our product story and develop a product marketing roadmap with engagement touchpoints.
• Create assets and collateral to facilitate the sales process; develop advertising material across channels.
