At Q-CTRL, marketing plays a central role in advancing our mission: making quantum technology useful for our customers worldwide. The Marketing team is a globally facing group of experts in marketing and communications with a passion for deep technologies and dual-use industries, and experience promoting both software and full-stack products. The team’s work spans content marketing, PR and external communications, product marketing, field marketing, performance marketing (digital and web), and marketing strategy. Closely partnered with product, sales, design, operations, and executive teams, the team is critical to promoting our unique capabilities in AI-powered software and quantum navigation.

About the role:

Q-CTRL is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager based in Sydney, Australia to develop and deploy product, growth and GTM campaigns. The role will report to our Head of Marketing.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will have deep experience in product-led marketing within a high growth / cutting edge technology environment. You will have developed a strong set of skills to analyze market opportunities, create impactful product-marketing material and deploy go-to-market plans and activities that drive growth and brand outcomes. Your product marketing capabilities will span inbound audience development (research, product definition and testing) to GTM execution (narrative, content and campaign execution) and finally outbound customer engagement (sales enablement, customer success and communications). These should be grounded in a strong understanding of how product marketing works with other teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Design and more) to deliver on an ambitious product marketing roadmap. Storytelling will be at the heart of what you do, telling a compelling narrative across our audiences and products, simplifying complex concepts and creating content that brings our world-changing technology to life.
