Xero is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the Accountant & Bookkeeper Platform. You will build deep expertise in practitioner workflows, shape positioning for the AB Platform, and develop a living library of verified customer proof points to support adoption and messaging across markets.

You will lead lifecycle programmes and craft go‑to‑market plans that move partner usage from Workpapers to tax, with cross‑regional collaboration across AU, NZ, UK, US, Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of accounting, tax or compliance.
• Product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate highly technical compliance capabilities into clear language.
• Collaborates across product, compliance, tax and regional teams; keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Curious about tax/compliance differences across regions; works with specialists to get it right.
• Willingness to Go Bold and bring customer proof to life.

• Shape positioning and messaging for the AB Platform from Partner Hub to Workpapers and tax.
• Build a living library of verified customer proof points.
• Plan lifecycle programmes to drive adoption of priority workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Customer and regional GTM teams.
