Job summary

PAL Lighting is seeking a hands-on Marketing & Product Specialist to convert existing knowledge, product details and technical information into polished, consistent assets for customers, sales teams, distributors, architects, designers and installers.

This contract/project-based role focuses on creating content rather than running campaigns, taking ownership from information gathering to finished materials, with skills in InDesign/Canva and collaboration with design and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product marketing, content creation, or B2B collateral.
• Experience with lighting or architectural products is highly valued.
• Able to turn technical information into polished, sales-friendly assets.

Responsibilities

• Gather existing information and turn into finished content.
• Own projects from information gathering to asset completion.
• Write and edit technical and marketing content.
• Develop consistent templates and document structures.
• Coordinate product photography and supporting imagery.
• Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across material.
• Support new product launches with required marketing assets.
