Sharp & Carter is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support marketing and events for up to three months in Sydney. You’ll keep content, imagery and project materials up to date, and there’s room to contribute strong writing to collateral and briefs.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a marketing or communications role with content and collateral responsibilities.
• Strong, accurate writing and an eye for detail.
• Confidence working within brand guidelines and briefing suppliers such as photographers and designers.
• Ability to run several projects at once with little direction.
• Experience with digital asset management systems (OpenAsset), a CMS, and Canva or Adobe is a plus.
• Construction, property or professional services experience welcome but not essential.

Marketing & Communications Specialist: 3-month contract

Our client is an established property & construction company and are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support Marketing and Events for up to three months. You’ll keep the company’s content, imagery and project materials up to date. If you enjoy writing, there’s room to do plenty of it.

What you’ll do

Content and communications

• Publish social media posts, website news and intranet articles, and write them where your skills fit
• Produce collateral within the company’s brand guidelines
• Research and draft content for the company’s content library

Project materials

• Draft and update project profile sheets and website listings at every stage of a project
• Update capability statements
• Prepare briefing sheets and research documents on projects

Photography and media

• Arrange photography to capture project milestones
• Coordinate a brand photoshoot for a new set of corporate photos
• Upload and catalogue photos and media in OpenAsset, the company’s image library

Coordination

• Keep the team’s calendars and schedules up to date

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally where you were responsible for content and collateral
• Strong, accurate writing and an eye for detail
• Confidence working within brand guidelines and briefing suppliers such as photographers and designers
• The organisation to run several projects at once with little direction
• It helps if you’ve used digital asset management systems (OpenAsset is a plus), a CMS, and Canva or Adobe
• Construction, property or professional services experience is welcome but not essential
