Sheffield Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the Hand Tools, Industrial and Workshop portfolio. You will develop new products, strengthen supplier partnerships and identify growth opportunities to outperform the competition.

The role is based in Melbourne with openness to Newcastle/Lake Macquarie candidates. You will manage range planning, pricing, forecasting and lifecycles while collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to bring products to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in range management and supplier negotiations.
• Strong commercial analysis and forecasting skills.
• Proven track record in New Product Development from concept to launch.
• Ability to develop category strategies that grow sales and margin.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain).

• Build and execute category strategies to drive sales, gross margin and market share.
• Manage range planning, pricing, forecasting and product lifecycles.
• Identify market gaps through research and competitor analysis.
• Lead New Product Development from concept through launch and post-launch review.
