Job summary

STIHL AUSTRALIA is seeking a Senior Product Portfolio Manager, Oceania, based at Knoxfield, Victoria with hybrid flexibility. You will own the strategic management of a broad product portfolio across the lifecycle, blending customer insights, technical know-how and commercial acumen to drive growth.

You’ll lead portfolio planning, launches, and lifecycle activities, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, and travel across Australia and NZ to engage dealers and end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years product management experience managing a full product lifecycle.
• Technical or engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with international product development teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies aligned with STIHL Oceania and global goals.
• Manage the innovation pipeline and identify opportunities via market insights.
• Lead portfolio planning, launches governance, and lifecycle management.
• Provide oversight of launches, regulatory approvals, market readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training.
• Travel domestically across Australia and New Zealand.
