Job summary

Transport for NSW in Sydney is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end ICT product ownership and deliver value aligned with our organisation’s objectives.

You will work in a hybrid setup, assessing ICT business requests, shaping product direction, and defining services that meet Enterprise Architecture standards while driving value through supplier governance and effective SLAs.

In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering business value by managing products end-to-end, aligning ICT solutions with organisational objectives through lifecycle ownership, stakeholder insight, requirements analysis, and informed investment decisions based on cost, benefit, and market trends.

• You will support the assessment of ICT business requests for new products and services, ensuring alignment to organisational priorities.
• You will contribute to product direction through research, vision setting, alignment, and prioritisation activities.
• You will assist in defining new services that align with Enterprise Architecture standards and business needs.
• You will recommend appropriate delivery models and manage suppliers to maximise value, service quality, and benefits realisation through effective SLAs.

About you

• You bring strong capability in assessing ICT business requests, shaping product vision, and prioritising initiatives aligned to organisational objectives.
• Your skill includes defining services aligned to Enterprise Architecture and selecting appropriate delivery models (predictive or agile) based on context.
• You are experienced in supplier and service provider management, driving value, benefits realisation, and service quality through effective SLA governance
