Qualifications

Degree in Pharmacy and pharmacist registration.
Experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.
Strong understanding of medication safety and governance.
Ability to engage and influence multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical education and technical support to healthcare customers.
Lead or participate in education programs and workshops.
Manage multiple projects through implementation and optimisation phases.
