Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of Queensland is seeking a Performance Management and Continuous Improvement Specialist to strengthen performance visibility across Technology. You will develop measurement frameworks, dashboards and reporting models, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Technology leaders, define key metrics, analyse trends and translate data into actionable recommendations, driving informed decisions and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience developing performance measurement and reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and performance-management practices.
• Experience creating dashboards, scorecards and management reports.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
• Experience facilitating workshops and delivering improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Technology, Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance frameworks, scorecards, dashboards and reporting models.
• Define and govern meaningful performance indicators and service metrics.
• Analyse performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement workshops, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track improvement actions, realised benefits and performance outcomes.
• Provide clear insights to support planning, prioritisation and decision-making.
