Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Busway portfolio, shaping product strategy, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management across commercial, industrial and mining projects. The PM will provide technical and commercial support to opportunities and drive customer-focused solutions.

You will partner with sales, engineering, operations and global product teams to strengthen specifications, grow revenue, and improve market share while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in electrical industry (product management, electrical distribution, technical sales, applications engineering or project solutions).
• Demonstrated experience supporting technical and commercial product solutions with customers, consultants and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Busway product portfolio including strategy, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management.
• Develop and execute product strategies that support revenue growth, profitability and increased market share.
• Provide technical product expertise including project design, Busway take-offs, product selection and development of fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Partner with Sales to identify and develop project opportunities and provide technical and commercial support throughout the customer journey.
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and customers to influence specifications and support project opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, estimating, engineering, operations, supply chain and global product teams to support effective product delivery and customer outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements and portfolio performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Busway, providing product guidance, technical support and training to stakeholders.

These include circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, fuses, and fuse holders.

Due to growth, we are looking for a Product Manager to manage the Busway portfolio including product strategy, technical solutions, pricing, forecasting and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will partner with sales, engineering, operations and key market stakeholders to support project opportunities, strengthen product specification and drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within the electrical industry, preferably across product management, electrical distribution, technical sales, applications engineering or project solutions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting technical and commercial product solutions and working with customers, consultants, contractors and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred OR……
• Equivalent technical qualifications combined with relevant electrical industry experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build new relationships and engage confidently with customers.
